Yes. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe or downgrade to a different tier.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. All your lineage data and quality rules are preserved when you switch plans.
Decube connects through read-only service accounts using OAuth or service account keys. We query information schema, query history views, and metadata tables only - we never read your actual row data. All connections are encrypted in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher. The SaaS version is SOC 2 Type II certified.
Connecting your first warehouse takes under 5 minutes. You authorize read-only access, and Decube starts building your lineage graph immediately. A complete column-level graph for a typical Snowflake environment with 500 tables is ready within 10-15 minutes. dbt integration requires pointing Decube at your dbt project directory or Cloud account, which takes another 2 minutes.
You can export all your metadata, lineage graphs, quality rules, and glossary definitions as JSON before canceling. After cancellation, your workspace is deactivated and we retain data for 30 days in case you reactivate. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted. We do not retain copies of your warehouse credentials after deletion.
Yes. Annual billing is available for Starter, Professional, and Business plans at a 20% discount compared to monthly pricing. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year. Enterprise pricing is negotiated per contract and can include multi-year terms.
